We at TicTote want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Watches must have protective films intact, and bags must be in brand-new condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Once your return is inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
